Czech Republic Ducat 2008 Series
Traditional series of Czech Republic ducats with a new motif

Whilst in the past years the Czech Mint minted a ducat series with motifs devoted to legendary mythic Czech figures, respectively historical figures, collectors/investors are currently enabled to have the series as a whole or individual medals separately provided with a new features.
The new motifs present architectural styles represented during the history in the Czech lands.
This, as we believe, traditionally successful series shall be struck for several next years.
The series consists of:
Ducat: Arts of the Great Moravia – pure gold Au 999,9, diameter 16 mm, weight 3,11 g, proof quality, edition limited to 1.000 pcs
Double-Ducat: Gothic style – pure gold Au 999,9, diameter 22 mm, weight 7,78 g, proof quality, edition limited to 500 pcs
Quint-Ducat: Baroque – pure gold Au 999,9, diameter 28 mm, weight 15,56 g, proof quality, edition limited to 200 pcs
Deci-Ducat: Art Nouveau – pure gold Au 999,9, diameter 37 mm, weight 31,1 g, proof quality, edition limited to 200 pcsThe author of medals is Jaroslav Bejvl.
